Minh Khang RealTech provides AI-powered software and digital-marketing solutions, including internal tools (built on our ERP platform) that integrate with third-party advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook) and TikTok to create, manage, optimize and report on advertising campaigns operated by Minh Khang RealTech and its brands.

4. Acceptable Use. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes, in compliance with all applicable laws and with the terms and policies of any integrated third-party platform. You may not misuse, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the Services.

5. Third-Party Platforms & APIs. Our tools may integrate with third-party APIs, including the Google Ads API. Your use of such integrations is additionally subject to the respective platforms' terms and policies (e.g., the Google Ads API Terms and Conditions). Minh Khang RealTech accesses advertising accounts only with proper authorization and uses the data solely to operate, manage and report on the relevant campaigns; we do not resell or share such data with unauthorized third parties.

6. Intellectual Property. All software, content, designs and trademarks made available through the Services are owned by Minh Khang RealTech or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify or distribute them without our prior written permission.

7. Accounts & Security. You are responsible for safeguarding any credentials used to access the Services and for all activities carried out under your account.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability. The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Minh Khang RealTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Services.
