1. What is the Bidding Module?

The Bidding module helps your organization track and manage the full lifecycle of every tender package you are interested in or participating in. Instead of manually browsing the public procurement portal, the system collects data automatically through API integration and lets users add tenders that originate outside the portal.

Central entity

  • Tender package (dau_thau) — holds all information about a specific tender, including the contracting authority, value, documents, and key milestones.

2. How tenders enter the system

There are two main data sources:

  1. Automatic via API — The system periodically syncs with the national public procurement portal. Tenders matching your filter criteria (industry, region, value) are created automatically and notified to users.
  2. Manual entry — For private tenders, direct appointments, or tenders discovered through other channels, users can create new records directly in the interface.

3. Information tracked on each tender

  • Tender name, tender number, contracting authority
  • Tender value, contractor selection method
  • Bidding document release date, submission deadline, opening date
  • Link to the original document on the national procurement portal
  • Internal processing stage and assigned owner

4. When should you use this module?

This module is well-suited to teams tracking hundreds of tenders simultaneously. You can:

  • Quickly filter newly published tenders that match your company's capabilities.
  • Assign a team member to own each tender.
  • Track progress from "Opportunity" through to closure.
