2. SCOPE OF APPLICATION

This policy applies when you use the Minh Khang RealTech application for business management (Bidding, Business, Partners, Chat).Important note:Minh Khang RealTech is business management software. Most of the business data belongs to your recruiting organization (Data Controller); Minh Khang RealTech acts as the Data Processor.

3. COLLECTED DATA

We only collect the minimum necessary data to operate:

  • Account data:Username, password (hashed), display name, company email, internal identification code, session cookie.

  • User-generated content:Messages, attachments, locally recorded audio files, scanned QR codes.

  • Technical data:Device identification code (FCM token), device type, OS version, IP address, network status.

4. HARDWARE ACCESS RIGHTS

The application only accesses when you actively allow it:

  • Camera:Scan QR codes, take photos to send messages.

  • Microphone:Record voice messages, meetings.

  • Storage/Photo library:Select and store documents, photos, videos.

  • Notifications:Display push notifications about messages and tasks.

5. PURPOSE OF USE AND DATA SHARING

  • Purpose:To provide core features, send push notifications, ensure security, provide technical support, and improve the product.

  • Commitment:NOT to use data for advertising, NOT to sell data to third parties.

  • Third-party sharing:Only share necessary information with Google Firebase (notifications), Apple (iOS notifications), and your organization's Odoo infrastructure.

6. STORAGE AND SECURITY

  • Location:Business data is stored on your organization's servers. Cached data and local recordings are stored in the device's secure sandbox.

  • Security:All communication is through HTTPS (TLS 1.2+), data is encrypted on the device.

7. RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS

You have full rights under Decree 13/2023/ND-CP:

  • The right to know, access, edit, and delete personal data.

  • The right to withdraw consent and file complaints.

  • Request for execution:Send an email [email protected]. We will process it within 30 days.

8. CHILDREN

The application is intended for office environments. We do not collect data from children under 7 years old. For children aged 7 to under 16, processing is only done with the consent of the child and the guardian.

9. DO NOT TRACK AND ADVERTISING

Minh Khang RealTech is committed to not integrating advertising SDKs, not using cross-app tracking IDs (IDFA/AAID).
