Government Data Request Policy

Minh Khang RealTech • Version 1.0 • Effective 10 August 2026

This policy governs how Minh Khang RealTech ("Minh Khang RealTech", "we") handles requests from public authorities for personal data or personal information held by the company, including any data received from third-party platforms (such as Meta Platforms, Inc.) in connection with our services.

1. Mandatory internal review

Any request from a public authority for personal data must be forwarded to the Company Director before any response is made. No employee may disclose personal data to a public authority without this review.

2. Legality review and challenge

The Director, with legal counsel where needed, reviews each request for legal validity under the laws of Vietnam. Requests lacking a lawful basis are refused, and the company will challenge requests it considers unlawful through appropriate legal channels.

3. Data minimization

Where a valid request must be fulfilled, the company discloses only the minimum information necessary to satisfy the specific request. Bulk or open-ended disclosures are not permitted.

4. Documentation

Every request, the company's assessment of it, the legal basis relied upon, the persons involved, and the company's response are documented and retained for at least five (5) years.

5. Status

To date, the company has received zero such requests.
